If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you will have seen yesterday that I hit one full year no smoking. I'm so ridiculously proud of myself! If you had asked me a year and half ago if I thought I'd make it a year, I probably would have laughed in your face! But here I am 366 days later having not touched a single cigarette!
I decided a few weeks ago that I was going to get myself a well done present and it didn't take long to decide that it would come from Lush. It's taken me a while but I have fallen in love with Lush and pretty much everything they sell and stand for.
I went in on the 29th Dec (cutting it fine I know!) to the Stirling branch and got the lovely Iona from Iona Blog to pick me out some goodies. She showed me the gift boxes and I fell in love with all of them but after a very quick glance (I wanted to forget what was in it so it would be a surprise again) I decided that Uplifted was the one for me. No bath products in it to remind me I only have a shower. There was also a little something in my Lush bag that Iona picked which I was very thankful for!
This post is just a quick look at what I got and once I've used the products for a while I'll write up reviews of them all. Commence with all the pictures!
Precisely how I'm feeling these days - Uplifted! |

I'm very interested to see how the products are with my hair. I'm making this year the year I actually take care of it properly so that I end the year with luscious locks instead of the limp lifeless ones I have just now!
Have you tried any of these gorgeous Lush products? Let me know below and leave me links to reviews if you have!
i got this gift and it is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteif you can try and see if your local store will give you a sample of Turkish delight - that with the rub rub rub is LUSH - no pun intended lol
and try the shower jelly in summer out of the freezer ;-)
